As for physical changes, not yet.
I have noticed people acting strangely though.
It may be easier if we track down an actual timeline to see if there's a connection.

Rather recently as well.
I guess the issue is that this entire place is still so unknown to us that it's hard to determine if it's the same cause but different effects, or if everyone is being affected by something different and the timing is a coincidence.
Is the shrinking happening at a seemingly random pace?
Or the vampirism?
