Rather recently as well.
I guess the issue is that this entire place is still so unknown to us that it's hard to determine if it's the same cause but different effects, or if everyone is being affected by something different and the timing is a coincidence.
Is the shrinking happening at a seemingly random pace?
Or the vampirism?

too early to tell with the shrinking
time’s difficult to track but it seems to be a little more with the approx of a day
vampirism is the same as before
long nails, fangs, cold to the touch
so i dunno. guess this place affects certain people more than others
i just wanna know why him

If he did nothing to prompt it, there is a chance it could be random.
Which may make it harder to help.
Knowing the cause can help think of ways to fix it...
