un: jonas. cw: blood chatter.

ik this is going to sound like an episode of 60 Minutes that never got aired, but I have smelled worryingly like blood for the past week or so.

Please pre-emptively cool it on the wild guesses, though. God forbid any of this winds up vaguely sexual like Keith's thing (F, buddy). No, I haven't even been injured lately. No, it's not my time of the month. No, I'm not actually a murderer. I woke up one day, sniffed foul air, and have been increasingly ill since.

Does anyone have any idea what I can even do about this? bc I feel like I've tried literally everything but bathing in bleach.

Oh, actually, for ppl who don't want to interact with my TMI, what are your favourite movies? I work at the theatre in Mirth now and I'll get a 2% raise if I bring in more traffic, so I kinda have a vested interest in knowing what kinds of things you'd wanna see screened. Set can't pay for everything yk lol.

Thanks.

Not ones from any lake. Surgical-grade for sanitation reasons. They are effective at loosening blood clots. For still blood, it would cause it to flow more freely.

They release an anesthetic once latched on. Even being removed, if done correctly, is relatively painless.

p.s. Not a doctor. But I have had experience with them before.

No one should be taking medical advice with absolute certainty over this device.

You were fine, Jonas. Very educational. LOL.

[cringe, viktor. ...he's trying.]

A "chill suggestion." I have heard of a Restless opening a clinic, but to have leaches this quickly would be unlikely. Still worth a shot to ask. Better than risking the bacteria infection of wild ones.

[He works at the clinic? That's good to know.]

I have not yet spoken to her. Do you know what her experience is in the medical field?

[Maybe he should take a visit there himself for this cough he's had... But he won't bother Jonas with that information.]

I don't know the technical aspects of it. But if there are any other clinics around that use them, she could purchase some from there, and raise more on her own, I imagine. Or perhaps, you would be doing that, as her assistant.

Invented the whole medical field, hm?

[He's pretty sure Jonas is over-exaggerating, as he tends to do, but it does sound intriguing.

Wait, as a birthday gift?? Jonas.
]

As helpful as leeches can be, I would recommend against them as a birthday gift.

[He doesn't really know what people want for birthday gifts for the most part, let alone what a woman he's never met specifically might want, but he feels like it's a safe bet to not give someone something like that.]

Personal research into medicine. I am no stranger to hospital visits.

If you want to gift medical supplies, maybe something you run out of quickly?

I understand. Healthcare is a privilege freely given to those who need it least, and a hardship on those who need it most.

Sure.
