What’s up with the soulmate thing? Like, it seems kind of creepy and invasive. Is it actually that helpful?? Why would you willingly tie yourself to someone else like that???? I don’t get it.

How the hell is linking your soul to somebody else’s supposed to help with that? Sounds like trading one voice in your head for another, if you ask me.

The point being that we'd get to choose our soulmate, hypothetically, as opposed to having this 'shadow' in our head that we can't control and likely has some undesirable motives.

I'm still not 100% on board with this soulmate business, but I think any success with it would depend upon your choice of soulmate.

The problem with the whole thing is that I don’t LIKE people, let alone like any of them enough to let them into my head. And it’s not like I’m the sort of guy people jump to be buddies with, y’know?
