I am looking for some help in heating up a room-- heating a flat preferably, but even one room would be enough. A small device might not be enough for me, because... well. I am quite sensitive to the cold and will become sluggish, perhaps not as much as actual serpent-beasts, but still. I can't very well brumate until the weather warms up again, now can I?

There is one thing that might help
A "star" has apparently fallen from the sky
Don't ask me how that's even possible
or how people are able to bring back "fragments"
but I'm pretty sure that'd fix your heat problem if you were able to grab one

I've considered such a thing, but I completed the mission instead. Money was more important than that, at the time.

I'm as flawed as they come, no doubt

The sprites protecting it do. I haven't the faintest how, however, just that they won't let you come close if you have your personal struggles, and I have them aplenty.

It's a city with people who still need to make a living. Of course it would be busy.
