I am looking for some help in heating up a room-- heating a flat preferably, but even one room would be enough. A small device might not be enough for me, because... well. I am quite sensitive to the cold and will become sluggish, perhaps not as much as actual serpent-beasts, but still. I can't very well brumate until the weather warms up again, now can I?

You'll have to remember that we're two of only Terrans here. The mobile cities of Terra are prepared for us, but not this world, when they don't have Ursine and Pythian people.

But if more people like us show up, then something is going to have to be done about it.

We'll have to do it ourselves, starting with proper trousers for tails.

I can't believe I have to cut holes into my own clothing.
Who do we complain to?

Now that's unfair to the people who make them. Perhaps if one of us could befriend a tailor though, that might help our troubles.

I've met some good cooks, but I am not sure about a tailor though...
People should advertise these skills more.

Then I will just have to refine my skill until you do.

If it takes too long, you may become the skilled tailor that we need...

If that does happen, I can only take comfort that we are the only two with tails here.

If any of the elite operators appear, we must be very, very concerned.
But if anyone with a tail from another world appears, I would actually be pleasantly surprised that we're no longer alone.

Of course. When they realise what I am, you know how people get.
