However. If two characters already share a powerful bond and one incidentally touches the other's Tethers, it's an accidental done deal. You may thank Naruto's player for this.

What Stygia lacks in refinement and beauty, it makes up for at the heart of their commercial industry. The harbors here serve as the ultimate hub of trade and commerce. I clung to the shadows as I watched the merchants peddle their wares and watched in silence as fishermen lined up along the docks in hopes of a good catch. There are many artisans there, many of which seem more talented than the next.
