I'm in a band back home and missing shred sessions. I just found my guitar back -- [ a pause and then he might sound like he's devastated and talking about a lost love. ] Not my sweetheart but my acoustic.

[ and if you're thinking he's not gonna give you whiplash and then sound eager, excited as fuck at the drop of a hat then you're wrong. ] Anyway, I'm really jonesing to play. Anyone in?

If you're into metal or rock even better but all musicians welcome. The place I'm staying at isn't big but there's abandoned buildings near by and the acoustics are killer. [ and because there's some manners under there? ] And if you're in, I'm Eddie.

It's been some time since I've heard live music.

[ he could probably play something if he wanted to but he thinks he prefers listening especially to genres he hasn't heard before. ]

Are you going to play for an audience?

Yeah! It'd be sick to have an audience, dude. [ and then he can preen a little on a stage if they find one. ] How long's it been?

Awhile. I was indisposed and unable to listen to music and then I was busy.

[ being imprisoned and then trying to rebuild his realm. the closest he'd gotten to fun was the cereal convention which wasn't all that fun. ]

I did enjoy it, though. It's relaxing to hear something in person rather than to listen to it through a recording device.

Too busy for music? Doing what? Saving the world? [ buddy, he has news for you. he had time for music then. ]

Then you'll have to come to a show. Maybe we'll wow you.

I had no access to music where I was. So yes, I was too busy.
