Quite effective, but I suppose I am biased. I have used it for several years in the waking world to have a peaceful sleep, and have offered it to several here. I collect several herbs before mixing them into a tea blend, then augment its potency to medical strength.

( he speaks evenly with clearly pronounced syllables, not unlike a doctor describing how a medical procedure will work - though his tone is warmer, perhaps more nurse-like. )

I do hope you entered and exited mostly the same. I have heard horror stories of people's times in there.

It feels wrong to say "thank the gods" in this situation, but... thank the gods. The fae can be vengeful to an absurd and uncalled-for degree - I am thankful you weren't subject to their ire.

I would be happy to make you a blend. I would need to ask a few questions beforehand, though - to determine which ones I need to add. It seems most of the herbs I've needed have been able to be found in Serene, thankfully. I don't know if I would feel safe asking someone to go to the... ah, what's it called? Where we all woke up?

I did not see any other fae aside from the Puck. I am certain that was a fae, I've met more than my fair share of the fair folk when I was still living. Yet, where there is one... there is often more. It's possible what we saw - those dilapidated tents and torn peoples - were the work of fae.

Best to tread lightly, in that case.

I appreciate your willingness to, but if so - I may have to go with you. Identifying plants can be dangerous if you aren't experienced, and on top of the danger the Shadowlands themselves poses - it would be best to be focused on one or the other.
