not personally, you'd have to go further north to have that happen or in the mountains. it can get pretty cold there in the winter! we don't get a lot of snow in Tokyo (where I'm from) but I wish we did!! ❄️☃️ maybe enough to make a little snowman on a balcony, but not any more than that
